Join us every Sunday at The Royal British Legion, Surbiton, for Karukera, an evening of kizomba classes and dancing.

Our spacious venue has a sprung wooden dance floor, a car park on site plus plentiful street parking outside, and an affordable bar. We are outside of the ULEZ and congestion charging zones.

6.45-8.30pm Kizomba classes – prompt start at advertised time

8.30-11.00pm Social dancing to uninterrupted kizomba, zouk, semba, tarraxinha and Afrobeats from Our Salsa Soul Radio‘s Selecta Christian Jean-Francois.

CLASSES

6.45-7.40pm – 2 LEVELS:

KIZOMBA FUNDAMENTALS with Susanne (Suitable for complete beginners as well as more advanced dancers wishing to fine review their fundamentals)

IMPROVERS with Christian

7.45-8.30pm :

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED with Christian and Susanne

No need to bring a partner – just bring yourself!

*Please note that classes will start promptly at the advertised time in order to ensure that we have a full 2.5 hours for the social after the classes*

Join us EVERY MONDAY NIGHT for salsa and kizomba dance classes and club at Escape Bar and Caribbean Tapas, Crystal Palace.

The event features multi-award winning international kizomba teacher Christian Jean-Francois, winner of the LUKAS award for ‘Kizomba teacher of the year’ 2015 and Kizomba Link’s ‘Best Male Kizomba Teacher’ 2011.

Guest DJs will be joining us on rotation to play uninterrupted kizomba, semba, zouk, ghettozouk and tarraxa for the social dancing after the classes.

Our venue has plentiful street parking outside and an affordable bar.
